McCabe Family Album 2014

McCabe Family Album
Its been a good year for the McCabe clan. Generally good health, good travels and many blessings. While stateside we are enjoying living in our house in Tucson. We have traveled back and forth across the USA, seeing family, friends and our Wycliffe partnership team in California, Kansas,      North Carolina, Florida, Arizona and Colorado.  In July, I, Jim, had a right knee replaced and my recovery is going well. Slowing me down? Briefly!

Our daughter Jody and son-in-law Caleb with our two grand-kids, live in Asheville, NC.  As you can imagine, we miss being near them.
Violette will be 4 in November and Issac had his second birthday in September. They are growing so fast! Judy is excited to be visiting them, Nov 3 – 13. I, Jim will need to stay in Tucson to work on our partnership development program.
Our son Jordan, right, is really enjoying working for the Arizona Conservation Core in the Chiricahua National Monument in south east Arizona. He still desires to work as a fireman, so he keeps applying to different departments. Josh is working as an English teacher in South Korea. He loves the work and traveling southeast Asia.

Family is a good thing. Since we are scattered around the country and globe we have tried to connect when possible. Josh was in the states over the summer and  Jordan lives in Tucson. We spent a couple of weeks with Jody in the spring. We also spent time with my parents in Wichita, KS and Judy’s parents in Escondido, CA., as well as our siblings, nieces and nephews.  We hope to make at least one more round of visits before heading back to Chad in February, 2015.

Oh yes, returning to Chad! Check out our next blog write up.
